Ucart LLC (“Ucart”, “we”, “us”) is a wholesale supplier of baby products registered in the United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through ucartllc.com and our sales channels.

• Inquiry and account details — name, company, business email, phone/WhatsApp number, business type, and the products you ask about, submitted through our quote request form or by email.
• Order and billing information — shipping addresses, tax/business registration numbers, and payment references needed to fulfil wholesale orders. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the site working. Your inquiry list is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us until you submit a request.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to quote requests and provide wholesale pricing, samples, and support.
• To process, ship, and invoice orders, and to meet tax and customs obligations.
• To send business communications about your inquiries or orders. We only send marketing updates if you ask for them, and you can opt out at any time.
• To protect the site and our business against fraud and abuse.

4. Sharing

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — shipping carriers and freight forwarders, payment processors, and IT/hosting providers — and where required by law. These providers may only use your data to perform services for us.

5. Data retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and commercial law requires. You may ask us to delete your data sooner where the law allows.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email reah@ucartllc.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only data stored in your browser is your product inquiry list, which stays on your device until you clear it or submit a quote request.

8. Children

Our products are for babies — our website is not. This is a business-to-business site and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
