What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQs vary by product line, starting at 20 units for gear items and 40–120 units for smaller goods. Mixed-SKU cartons are allowed on most lines, so you can test several products in one order.
Do you provide safety certification documents?
Yes. Every shipment includes the relevant compliance documentation — CE, EN71, ASTM F963, or CPSIA test reports depending on the product and your market. We can also arrange third-party inspections on request.
Can you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide by air and sea freight, door-to-door or to port. Freight is quoted with your order so there are no surprises. Typical dispatch is 3–5 business days after payment.
Do you offer private labeling?
Yes, on Growth and Distributor tiers. We handle brand printing, custom packaging, and compliance labels. Private-label MOQs are higher and quoted per project.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T), major credit cards, and trade assurance platforms. Standard terms are a 30% deposit with the balance before dispatch; NET 30 terms are available for established Distributor-tier partners.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Absolutely. Sample orders are available at wholesale unit price plus shipping, and the sample cost is credited against your first bulk order.
